Outstanding TV

This is a truly outstanding TV. The picture is incredibly life-like. I have had the tv for a month now and there have been no problems with the setup or anything else. I also have a 50" Samsung plasma, one year old now, and it too is incredible. The LCD weighs only 33 or 37 pounds -- just so easy to move around. I was going to buy a slightly smaller screen but the price differentials between the 40" and even a comparable 32" were pretty small.

Superb value, image clarity, colors, and sound! Works great in bright rooms! No glare!

We have always purchased Sony TVs as part of an ongoing tradition but that has now ended with the purchase of this TV. Our hearts have been won over! The stunning image and text quality this TV provides is truly remarkable, especially when paired with an HD receiver connected with an HDMI cable.

Prior to this purchase, we were uncertain whether this TV would present glare issues as we read in reviews that Samsungs are notorious for...
