Glad I went with this one
...OK just moved so 2 new TVs, I was back and forth on the Mits 60in or 58in Samsung plasma for the living room. I read all the reviews, looked at plasma,LCD...the answer seemed to easy,I wasn't hanging it on the wall so being 16inches deep didn't matter on my ent unit. So I saved $800 and got the Mits..small problem with a LONG wait for delivery, a 37in Panasonic LCD arrived in a few days..almost 2 weeks for the Mits. OK it showed up, turned it and...
Beware of old reviews
The reason I'm writing this is to WARN everybody reading the other reviews. The Mitsubishi WD-60737 came out early to mid June 2010. There are many reviews here that were written before that date. Some, at least a year ago. Obviously these reviews should be read with a grain of salt as they must be for older models, not the one you're going to purchase.
I love this set. Not the best but what do you expect for the money?

A: You need the adapter and glasses regardless. Are you sure comcast has ESPN 3D? That's the only 3D network right now, besides a couple demo channels.
